All of Lorient's products are backed by extensive test evidence - but in addition to this, we also submit our products for independent performance verification, wherever a suitable scheme exists.

Four independent accreditation schemes exist with particular relevance to smoke seals and fire seals. Their purpose is to set benchmark quality and performance requirements, which go beyond the simple passing of a single smoke or fire test.
