A mortised automatic drop seal designed for timber, metal, and PVC doors. Featuring a high-efficiency mechanism with hinge-side triggering, it enables parallel lowering and automatic compensation for sloping floors. Suitable for fire and smoke-shielding doors, with a seal height of up to 22mm.
